Operation: School's Out
Background:
Started off as a test movie we were going to use as FX training for ourselves to get better. After seeing the potential in the film, we have decided to make it a major project. It won't be completely done for a few years, but the Beta version will be available before too long. We hope to have much better equipment and more money to work with once we remake it, but at the moment it is still a test movie to show of what we can do, as well as practice with actual movie editing.
Abstract:
Set in an unnamed country at what seems to be the height of power for a man only known as "The General," an agent working for a top-secret organization is sent to get a set of files known as, "The C.L.A.S.S. Project," from a man known to him only as "The Colonel." (Andy Schooler) Along the way, Codename: "Field Mouse" (Brian Landry) finds out about a conspiracy which runs deep and has roots in the place he least expected. Filled with anger, revenge, and secrecy, the story touches on what we all see in governments which have overstepped their boundaries and start destroying themselves with greed and malicy.
Author's Note:
This movie started off as a little thing we wanted to do when we first started out. It wasn't in any scripted form and we had abolutely no idea where we were going with it. Our main problems back in those days were a lack of [mature] actors, camera skill, and money. We didn't have the movie genius of Nathan behind every shot, taking great angles and making top-of-the-line scene integrations. Now that we have more of what we needed, we are making this a major project. It isn't our main project as of this moment, but it has a lot of potential, and when we can finally completely commit to it, we will have a high-quality film on our hands. The talent I am working with is great, and even though it is raw talent, it will be shaped and formed into professional abilities when the time comes to completely do this thing. I am honored to work with the likes of Andy, Nathan, and everyone else who makes this possible.
